Psychiatrist
  • Dr. Rayner graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed his residency training in adult psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the clinical TMS society. He specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders, emotional disorders, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance-related disorders, sexual and gender identity disorders, and adjustment disorders.

    Dr. Rayner clinically focuses on working with individuals and families experiencing serious mental illness. As a medical officer in the Utah Army National Guard, Dr. Rayner has several years of experience and a true passion working with soldiers and veterans in our community.

  • Dr. Mageno hails from Utah and completed his medical education at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio. He pursued advanced training in general psychiatry and child psychiatry at the University of California, Riverside, and Stanford University. As a holistic and root-cause oriented psychiatrist, he is adept at working with individuals across all ages and stages of life.

    Dr. Mageno specializes in diagnosing and treating mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, various anxiety disorders and OCD, trauma-related disorders, behavioral issues, and ADHD. He also addresses symptom-based concerns like fatigue, pain, sleep disturbances, brain fog, irritability, headaches, and more.

    When traditional medications and therapy prove insufficient, Dr. Mageno leverages his extensive background in neuroscience and neurodevelopment by employing cutting-edge neuromodulation therapies, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and ketamine.

    In his free time, Dr. Mageno enjoys connecting with nature, participating in family activities, and reading.

Doctor of Nursing Practice
  • Jenn is a highly accomplished Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience as a registered nurse. She has dedicated her career to providing exceptional care to her patients. Six years ago, she fulfilled her lifelong dream by earning a Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Utah, showcasing her commitment to advancing in the medical field.

    Her passion for patient well-being shines through her unwavering dedication to mental health and women's health. With three years of specialized experience in women's health, she has become a trusted expert in this crucial field. Furthermore, Jenn has expanded her expertise to include cardiovascular health, bio-identical hormones, and aesthetic medicine.

    As a strong advocate for holistic wellness, Jenn is driven by her desire to help individuals reach their highest potential through health and wellness. She believes in the power of an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, recognizing that true healing often requires a collaborative effort.

    Outside of her professional life, Jenn values quality time with her family. She finds solace in travel, enjoys road biking, and shares the joy of golfing with her husband.

  • Stephanie has been a practicing physician assistant for over 15 years and loves what she gets to do each day! She received her undergraduate degree from BYU, earned a PA degree from Weill Cornell Medical College, and recently earned a doctoral degree in psychiatry. She has received advanced certification in psychopharmacology and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

    Her goal is to help patients gain an increased understanding of themselves and learn the skills they need to overcome their challenges. Within the context of a collaborative working relationship with Dr. Rayner, Stephanie helps patients discover their inner resilience, wisdom, and strength and use those resources to navigate and manage life stressors effectively. Outside of work, Steph can be found biking, hiking, skiing, sailing, scuba diving, or any other outdoor adventure she and her family find themselves in as they travel the world.

Therapist
  • Chaleena graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and minors in Psychology and Art Education from Weber State University. She completed a Master of Social Work degree at Boise State University and is licensed as a Certified Social Worker.

    Chaleena has experience working with patients from many demographics with various mental illnesses and has training in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness Interventions.

    Chaleena is passionate about empowering clients and provides a strengths-based approach to therapy. In her free time, Chaleena enjoys being outside on nature walks or a paddleboard, creating artwork (especially painting), and spending time with her dog.

Physicians Assistant
  • Riddhi is a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University where she earned her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She attended Mercer University for her undergraduate studies where she studied Biology, Chemistry, and Religion. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and is committed to being a lifelong learner. Her passion for psychiatry stems from a strong desire to help positively impact the lives of those around her.

    Riddhi is extremely passionate about medicine and its ongoing advances and hopes to holistically provide her patients with the best care. She hopes to serve as an advocate for her patients so that she can help them collaboratively advance their mental health and well-being. Outside of work, Riddhi values quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, yoga, and giving back to the community.

  • Megan hails from Pleasant Grove, UT, where she spent her formative years before pursuing higher education. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah, and furthered her studies by obtaining a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Nashville, Tennessee.

    With a genuine passion for promoting happiness and mental well-being, Megan has dedicated her career to helping others. She firmly believes in the power of the mind and advocates strongly for mental health awareness. Specializing in medication management, Megan's goal is to provide patients with a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard and valued. She emphasizes that no one should feel ashamed of their mental health struggles and is committed to equipping patients with the tools they need to thrive.

    Outside of her professional endeavors, Megan treasures time spent with her family. She finds joy in outdoor activities like hiking and loves traveling with her husband. At home, she enjoys cozy evenings binge-watching Netflix with her beloved cat by her side.

Office Manager
  • Brooke is a seasoned professional with a rich background in administration, management, and human resources. Her career journey includes an impressive tenure as the director of a prominent sleep clinic, where she honed her skills for several years. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise as an administrative and HR assistant in the home health and hospice industry, adding a diverse range of experiences to her toolkit.

    Brooke's true passion lies in optimizing operations and organizational efficiency to create a more streamlined and effective environment for the benefit of patients. She believes that by enhancing the inner workings of an office, it's possible to provide even better care and support to those in need.

    Beyond her professional commitments, Brooke finds immense joy in spending quality time with her family. She shares her life with her cherished dogs, who bring an extra layer of love and happiness to her days.

Medical Assistant
  • Randall is a Certified EMT and Medical Assistant, as well as a dedicated Healthcare NCO (Sergeant) in the Utah Army National Guard. His experience in health care began in the military, and he has since worked with the Mobile Testing Task Force to reduce COVID-19 infections in Utah.

    As a certified TMS Technician, he is committed to providing quality mental health care to those in need. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, trail running, and exploring national parks.
