    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing therapeutic services in both individual and group settings, with a focus on outpatient care. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and the ability to conduct thorough patient assessments. Experience in dance therapy is a plus, as we aim to incorporate creative modalities into our treatment plans.

    Duties

    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.

    • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to engage patients effectively.

    • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the clinic to develop and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

    • Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes and program effectiveness.

    • Stay informed about current trends in therapy practices, including dance therapy and other creative modalities.

    • Support patients in their journey towards recovery by fostering a safe and supportive environment.

    Requirements

    • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

    • Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations.

    • Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of HIPAA compliance.

    • Experience in outpatient settings preferred; inpatient experience is a plus.

    • Familiarity with data collection methods for assessing patient progress.

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

    • Knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques is highly desirable.

    • Previous experience in dance therapy or willingness to learn is advantageous.

    Job Type: 2 Full-time

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
