Paul Weigle

Physicians Assistant

As a board-certified Physician Associate with medical training from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, I am deeply committed to promoting mental well-being and helping individuals achieve happiness and balance in their lives.

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered with the tools they need to thrive and reach their personal goals. My practice focuses on treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, panic disorder, and treatment-resistant depression.

Using a comprehensive, evidence-based approach, I tailor treatments to each individual’s unique needs. My methods include medication management, lifestyle modifications, supplements, psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato (esketamine) therapy. My ultimate goal is to help every patient regain control of their mental health and live a fulfilling life.

Mikey Colen, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi, my name is Mikey. I believe therapy works best when you feel like you’re talking to another human being, not someone sitting across from you judging you or telling you how you should live your life. My job is to understand what you’re going through, learn how you process things, and work with you toward the changes you want to make.

I will listen, give you honest feedback, and offer different ways of looking at things, as well as tools to help with emotional regulation. What works for one person may not work for another. I’ll adapt to how you process, communicate, and learn, so we can find what actually works for you and your life.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence including autism and ADHD, LGBTQI+ concerns, BPD, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, substance use, faith and religious transitions, and major life transitions. My clinical approach draws from ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches, but I don’t believe therapy needs to feel like a textbook. I use what is helpful and adapt my approach to you.

Before private practice, I worked across five residential treatment facilities with people experiencing significant mental health and substance use challenges. That experience reinforced something very important to me: people need to feel safe and comfortable enough to open up about what they’re actually carrying. That kind of safety comes from trust, and trust is earned.

I’m here to work with you. My intention is always to be helpful. If you need or want to be challenged, I’m happy to do that too, while always respecting that this is your life and your goals. Therapy should help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be getting in your way, build on your strengths, and make changes that move you toward the life you want.

Whatever brings you here, we’ll start where you are and figure it out together.
