Dr. Alex Mageno completed his undergraduate degree in Physiology and Developmental Biology at Brigham Young University before earning his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. He went on to complete his general psychiatry residency at the University of Riverside, California, where he developed a strong focus on community mental health and trauma, and then pursued specialized training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Stanford University.
Dr. Mageno treats adults, adolescents, and children with a focus on treatment-resistant depression, trauma, maternal mental health, and developmental psychiatry. He is trained in medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato®. His approach blends evidence-based medicine with a holistic understanding of each patient’s unique needs, emphasizing collaboration and compassionate care.
Outside of work, Dr. Mageno enjoys spending time with his wife and children, exploring the outdoors, staying active, and focusing on fitness and nutrition—values he also encourages in his patients as part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Rachel Biro is a therapist with a strong foundation in psychology and human services, dedicated to helping individuals improve their emotional well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care. She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is pursuing advanced certification in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). Rachel is also trained in de-escalation and Crisis Prevention Intervention, equipping her to support individuals through high-stress and acute situations.
She has extensive experience working with individuals who are chronically and severely mentally ill, including those living with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Her therapeutic approach is personalized to each individual and may include CBT, TF-CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
Rachel works with clients across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults and older adults—with a primary focus on teens and adults. She believes in empowering individuals through education, self-awareness, and practical tools to build resilience and lead more fulfilling lives. A lifelong athlete and advocate for holistic wellness, Rachel often encourages incorporating physical activity as part of emotional healing.

Johnny Silva is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Whole Mind, where he provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. With a background in both critical care and psychiatry, Johnny brings a holistic perspective to treatment—integrating psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and lifestyle interventions to promote balance and healing.
His clinical experience spans inpatient and outpatient settings, where he has helped patients manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and substance use disorders. Johnny is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their recovery.

He holds dual master’s degrees in Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University and Behavioral Science from the University of Cincinnati, bringing both academic depth and practical expertise to his work.
Jordan specializes in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and recovery from narcissistic or emotional abuse. He works with children (ages 10+), adolescents, adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. His therapeutic toolkit includes CBT, DBT, ACT, MBT, Psychodynamic, Somatic, and Mindfulness-Based therapies—allowing him to tailor each session to the unique needs of his clients.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Jordan is known for his emotionally attuned and compassionate approach.
