Hunter Williams

Clinical Social Worker

Hunter Williams is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. He earned his degree in social work from the University of Utah.

Hunter takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy and values creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. His clinical interests include trauma-informed care, anxiety and depression treatment, and helping clients build resilience and healthier coping strategies.

Hunter works with adolescents and adults and tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs by integrating evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational
Interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities.

Outside of counseling, Hunter enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family, and reading fantasy novels. He is passionate about helping people feel supported through difficult periods in life and believes therapy works best when clients feel safe being themselves. Hunter values
building genuine, collaborative relationships that foster healing and personal growth.
