Dr. Marianela Rosales is a board trained psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent mental health. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, followed by a General Psychiatry residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. She then completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital before relocating to Utah.
Throughout her training and clinical practice, Dr. Rosales has developed extensive experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and a wide range of neurodevelopmental conditions, with particular expertise in autism spectrum disorder. She is also highly experienced in evaluating and treating young children affected by trauma, as well as those presenting with anxiety and mood disorders. Her approach emphasizes evidence-based care that is developmentally informed, while remaining deeply family- and patient-centered.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Rosales enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her family, and exploring Utah’s scenic trails. She is also passionate about incorporating art and other creative outlets as a way to support overall well-being and balance in life.
