Rachel Secretan, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals and families feel heard, empowered, and develop the tools they need to thrive in everyday life.
Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Utah State University and her Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University and has been working in the mental health field since 2019.
Rachel works with clients of all ages, specializing in teenagers and young adults, while also offering parent coaching, couples therapy, and family therapy. Using a warm, trauma-informed, and systems-based approach, she integrates CBT, DBT, IFS, attachment-based, Family Systems, and psychodynamic therapies to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, and life transitions while fostering resilience, insight, and emotional well-being.
Raised all over the world through her dad’s career in the United States Air Force, she has lived in Japan, South Korea, Italy and Australia, shaping her appreciation for diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Rachel continues to value family and new experiences. Outside of work, she focuses on spending time with her three children, playing pickleball, traveling, discovering great food, and laughing often.
